The cinnamon rolls just finished baking and they are DELICIOUS! They are much fluffier/lighter than prior batches – the only thing I changed was the yeast – used Bob’s Red Mill.

Made a cream cheese frosting but will probably eat most plain.

Whole house smells like cinnamon. That’s the way to start the weekend!
